Terms & Conditions

Prices are VAT included. and are valid as of 10/04/2022. Yogadoippo preserves the right to change the schedule and prices at all times without prior notification. All cards, subscriptions, courses and workshops are strictly personal and non refundable.

Booking and cancellation

Due to the limited class sizes, classes need to be booked via our booking platform Momoyoga or via e-mail or sms. Payment is done through Momoyoga, or on site with cash or payconiq (bankcontact). If you are on a waiting list, you will get notified when a spot is available. Cancellation of classes by students is done at least 3 hours in advance of the class via momoyoga or text message. Not showing up in class or not cancelling in time, will make you lose your drop-in or one count of the 10 times card.

Lessons are cancelled if there is only 1 registration. Students will be notified.

Drop in classes and multiple cards

A drop in is valid for 1 month, a 10 times card is valid for 1 year. Prolongation is only possible in case of travel (to be requested in advance and within the validity of the card) or injury (after immediate notification by e-mail to and after presentation of doctor's note).Every new student can make use of the free trial once.

Material

There are yoga mats and props (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters) available in the studio which can be used. High quality Yoga mats can be purchased in the yoga studio as well. The shop is accessible on demand (please call) or 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after each class.

Accidents

Please inform your yoga teacher of any injuries or important things we should know. Our yoga teachers are not trained health care providers and we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. The students declare to be medically screened and fit to be part of the yoga classes.

Theft

We will not be held responsible for the loss or theft of any personal effects.

Parking

There is ample parking in front of the adjacent school. The studio is situated in a school street, classes will not be done during kids dropoff or pickup times. The maximum speed is 30 km/h.
